Q: I want to re-floor the living areas of my 3rd floor condo with something other than carpet. I had selected a luxury vinyl tile to install over .078 thick underlay but was informed that the CC&Rs require that any flooring be installed over a 3/8'' thick pad. Would this product be suitable for this purpose? The kitchen and bath are in ceramic tile, which will remain.

Product was great. Rolls were cut nice and straight on the edges. Rolls look seamless when installed on the floor. Takes a real beating and definitely holds up to the abuse. Provides good cushion for joints during cross training etc. Would definitely purchase again.
