Ground Protection Mats System7 Mat 8 ft x 14 ft have been engineered using a seven-set process designed to stop micro-fissures and irregularities and made with strength and durability in mind, highest puncture, and PSI ratings.
Designed with the market and customers’ needs in mind, these are created with a superior mat system, an industry-advanced plastic formula relating to rigidity, a better-quality pin system, and variable flange size. This is an ideal crane mat, providing a heavy-duty platform used to provide support and stability for heavy machinery and cranes.
After overlapping and interlocking with other mats, the System7 Mat provides a large 7x13 foot usable size. When locked together, the System7 Mats provide an uninterrupted surface, platform, or roadway.
At 4.25 inches thick, these mats are one-piece fusion welded mats featuring internal ribbing creating improved stress points and a stronger flange. The System7 Ground Protection Mats are manufactured using a 7-step process with high-quality virgin resins to create a top-quality mat every time.Designed with the market and customers’ needs in mind, these are created with a superior mat system, an industry-advanced plastic formula relating to rigidity, a better-quality pin system, and variable flange size. These mats are easy to clean compared to hardwood mats which minimizes transference of invasive species from one site to the next. These also won't absorb contaminants minimizing ground contamination when compared to hardwood.
The composite formula has the highest wear and tear value in the industry (field proven for over 10 years). The strength to weight ratio for System7™ is unrivaled.
System7® has the flexibility to keep the overlapping and under-lapping flanges/edges at the industry standard 12-inch width, or only 6 inches wide to fit the customers needs, which provides more usable square footage and prevents wear and tear and broken corners and flanges.
System7™ can be made to work with your existing ground protection mats and other mats available on the market. This allows the end-user to match the locations of the connections and overlap width for six to twelve inches on their current ground protection mats.
Call to order the connector pins and System7 toolkit which includes the positioning bar, locking wrench, and pin extractor.
Note
These mats weight 1040 pounds each. Equipment will be required to unload and move these mats.
Shipping
Ships via freight, 54 per truck load, shrink-wrapped on pallets. Customer must unload at the delivery location. Lift Gate service is not available for this product.
