StrongPlay Playground Tiles 1.75 Inch x 2x2 Ft. are 4-foot fall height rated, making a safer play area for kids of all ages. Created with safety in mind, this system adheres to strict ASTM requirements for playground fall safety. The outdoor playground tiles are durable and feature a 10-year limited manufacturer warranty. In addition, these playground tiles are IPEMA Certified to ASTM F1292, section 4.2.
The rubber playground tiles include a 1x1 foot square pattern on the top of the 2x2 foot tiles. Kids can make up games to play on the tiles, use for hopscotch, or a four-square game.
These interlocking playground tiles can also be used for daycare outdoor areas for children who are learning to walk. These tiles work great around playground equipment and can be cut to fit around equipment.
Made of recycled rubber, these tiles allow water to past through the surface to prevent any water pooling on top of the tiles. Installation of Playground Tiles
StrongPlay Tiles can be installed over a base of hard material, such as a well-compacted surface of gravel or gravel-type surface. When installing, the site must be surrounded by a solid and immovable perimeter retainer such as concrete, wood, plastic curbing, or with StrongPlay Edge Ramps. Landscape fabric must cover the entire site, per instructions.
These playground rubber tiles use dowel pins to connect tiles which aligns the tiles and minimizes gaps. Tiles require adhesive.
