Our experience with Greatmats was a 'breath of fresh air.' We are in the midst of a renovation of our church facilities and one area we upgraded were areas behind our basketball goals where we just have hard block walls. The communication was excellent and especially our contact 'Katie' with Greatmats was always available for assisting any question or need we had. Great customer service.

This was a wonderful experience. Dealing with Katie was perhaps one of the best displays of customer service our church has had. Any time we would reach out to Katie with a question or concern she would answer us back the same day and usually within the hour. Great care was taken with our order and it was refreshing to have this kind of service in our day and age where Customer Service/Care is just a flippant term. Thanks Greatmats! Our walls are done and they look fantastic. I've attached a few pictures of the completed dojo. The wall to the left is what we just recently purchased, while the rear wall and the wall to the right are older panels... perfect match. I sent in measurements with a diagram. The custom size mats were the wrong size. Very simple plan I dont know how they could have gotten it wrong.

Mats were delivered on time. Hanging instructions where very clear and they did not take long to hang. The art work done on the mats is great - it really adds a fun atmosphere to out gym.
