I tried to give FIVE stars but it seems like your system does not want to do this...? :( I felt like I got personal and excellent customer service (from Eric initially and then Angie who covered for him when he was on vacation) and to save money my husband picked up the product in Ohio--this was seamless as well (Bilt Rite). The product was easy to install and met expectations. My donkey loves his new pad!! Most importantly from a business stand point I would highly recommend your product and company to others.

These are definitely Great Mats! They were easy to order, they were shipped on time and the quality is top notch! We installed ours in our new horse barn, in every stall. They fit perfectly into our 12 X 12 stalls and interlocked perfectly! Even the mats in my horses stall that runs circles, have stayed in place. He is a true test of mats and the Great Mats won! I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

we received our great mats in great condition..we place the order with Sarah over the phone..we got e-mail updates on delivery and was able to call Sarah to check on mats..they took a little longer than we thought 1-2 months ..COVID supply chain issues But like i said customer service was great..e-mail and phone calls made this a great experience..thank you Sarah and Team.. p.s. would highly recommend them to friends..

Very happy with our purchase. Ordered online, very easy process. Mats came in three weeks. On a pallet, well packed. Mats are heavy and will give you a work out carrying/ installing. But are very durable and have just the right amount of give for our horses. They like them very much. Easy stripping and clean up. Mats lay nice and flat. Seems lock together nicely. Our stalls were 11’8”x 11’8” so very little trimming. Which is tough. Avery sharp razor knife seemed to work the best, but be careful and patient. It takes some effort to cut. Overall five stars.

Called me and made sure I was getting the right mats. I had bought some last year and when I reordered I ordered different mats. They saved me several hundred dollars. I love Great Mats. The 12/12 stall mats fit together like a puzzle keeping the horses from turning edges up. They save on shavings. Nice and heavy made well

Love these interlocking mats! Once locked together, looks like someone poured a solid rubber floor in my horse stall. Unlike straight edge mats, I do not see shifting which results in soiled bedding under the mat! Working smarter not harder!

Great mats. Easy to install, even though they are heavy (100 pounds each). Only had to slightly trim one of the six to get them to fit.
