Safety Stadium Rail Padding Wrap 3 1/2 Inch OD x 2 Inch ID x 8 Ft. Long comes in a carton of twenty rail wraps. The fence top rail pads have 5/8-inch thick foam. These stadium rail pads protect fans if they happen to fall against a rail or players when jumping up for a fly ball. You can also add graphics to the wraps with team, school or sponsor names.
