Durable Golf Grass
Our GrassTex synthetic golf grass is a great option for your golf course, driving range, or indoor practice facility with its durable construction.
You even can push tees into the material, allowing golfers practicing on the golf teeing ground grass the ability to practice with a realistic tee height. The turf pile height measures 1-1/8 inches.
On the underside of the artificial tee box grass, the Range Turf II features dual-layered woven polypropylene material that stands up to regular use with a SilverBack polyurethane coating which provides additional adherence between the backing and yarns of turf.
When used as an artificial tee box grass, such as on the driving range or on par-3 tee boxes where golfers often tee off with irons, this is a great alternative to real grass. When installing the artificial putting green grass outdoors, you'll receive a long lifespan, as the yarns have been UV treated to provide protection against harmful rays from the sun. You can install this product using a sand infill product to help with drainage from rain.
For an indoor installation, you can glue or tape down the artificial turf.
Ordering Options
Each roll of the Range Turf II Artificial Grass Turf 15 Ft Wide product will ship in a standard 15-foot width. However, you can order the synthetic golf grass in a custom length. A standard roll of the fake grass for golf carries a 50-foot length, giving it a coverage area of 750 square feet.
As this artificial putting green grass works for either an outdoor or indoor installation, you may have questions regarding the process required to install the product. Our customer service team will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding ordering and installation.
Installation
Outdoor artificial turf requires a base layer 4-inch layer of compacted crushed stone or similar compacted surface. The artificial turf will need to be off-loaded from the shipping truck by hand which requires two or more people. Artificial turf can be cut to fit if needed. Seam tape may be necessary if you are putting two or more pieces together. Turf will need to be secured along the edges with nails or staples.
