Q: The thickness says it is 1''. However, what is the actual thickness of the upper portion? Is it 1/4''? Are these good for aerobic exercise? Do they offer good cushioning for the body?
A: You are correct. The thinnest layer of the top part is 1/4''. They are cushioned tiles. They would work very well for aerobic exercise.
