TechFloor 2x12 inch Borders beveled Edges are used to finish off the floor along the outside edge, or when going around obstacles in the middle of the floor.
The 'with tabs' borders have the tab under the border, and the 'with loop' borders have the loop coming off the edge of the tile. Use a 'with tabs' border on the edge of the tile with loops and use a 'with loops' border on the edge of the tile with tabs underneath the tile.
For Island installations: Where the layout will have all four sides exposed to the room. In this case, the number of borders needed will be the length + width of the layout for each border type, and 4 corner pieces. Use half 'with tabs' and half 'with loops' borders in this instance.
Example: 10x12 ft layout, 10+12 = 22 'with tabs' borders, and 22 'with loops' borders, and 4 corners.
For Corner Installations: Where the layout will be pushed into one corner and will have 2 sides exposed to the room. In this case, the number of borders needed will be the length + width of the layout and one corner piece. Use all 'with tabs' borders in this instance.
Example: 10x12 ft layout, 10+12 = 22 borders, all 'with tabs', and one corner.

WARRANTY
TechFloor Tiles and Accessories have a Limited Lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.
Exclusions to this warranty are normal wear and tear, damage due to abuse, abrasive conditions, UV exposure, excessive manipulation/repeated installations and exposure to chemical contamination, such as spilled gasoline, oil, etc. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of this product, and is non-transferable.
