TechFloor 3''x12'' Expansion Joints are made of a Polypropylene base with injection molded TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) for wet or dry non-slip use. Soft touch underside offers incredible grip to virtually any floor. Polypropylene plastic base, selected for its strength and resistance to chemicals and wear.
TechFloor Expansion Joints were developed to help the floor maintain structure in non-thermally stable environments. The joints will compress or expand, as needed, to prevent the floor from buckling. Expansion Joints perfectly match the clean and attractive appearance of the TechFloor flooring system.
Expansion joints are recommended to be installed in any garage or area that may be exposed to direct sunlight.
Place every 5 to 7 feet, depending on exposure to direct sunlight.
3 x 12 inch Expansion Joint Tile.
Replaces a 3' x 12' section of the floor (4 Expansion Joint tiles equal same footprint as an individual 12' x 12' tile).
Each Expansion Joint Tile is engineered to allow up to 3/8' of expansion or contraction.
WARRANTY
TechFloor Tiles and Accessories have a Limited Lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.
Exclusions to this warranty are normal wear and tear, damage due to abuse, abrasive conditions, UV exposure, excessive manipulation/repeated installations and exposure to chemical contamination, such as spilled gasoline, oil, etc. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of this product, and is non-transferable.
