Maximize Vehicle Traction for Easier Maneuverability at Each Job Site

These mats are availble in two surface texture options. You can either get the aggressive diamond plate tread on both sides or you can get the the diamond plate tread on one side with the opposite side with a smooth texture. The diamond plate tread maximizes your vehicle traction to improve maneuverability for time-saving convenience and overall safety.

Laying the diamond/smooth mat with the smooth side up is a great choice when you need a walkway mat for foot traffic.

Additionally, these high-density polyethylene, or HDPE, mats are supremely strong. They’re rated to support up to 120 tons, depending on ground conditions.

Size Options

The Mat-Pak Ground Protection Mat Kit is available with either the 3x8 foot or the 4x8 foot mats. Choose the size that works best for you. Both sizes feature a 120 ton capacity. The larger 4x8 mats are an excellent choice for large construction equipment and where you need to create a working platform. The smaller 3x8 foot size may be a cost-savings measure if you don't need the larger mats.

Available in Black or Clear Colors

The Mat-Pak Kit is available in either black or clear-colored mats. Black ground protection mats are the most common, but if you are a landscaper or often do work over lawns, you may want to choose clear ground protection mats.

These clear ground protection mats not only help to protect the ground from machinery, they also help to keep the grass growing. These clear grass mats for yard areas allow sunlight through, so you won’t quickly kill off the grass while you’re working. As a result, you can leave the mats in place on a lawn without having to pick them up or reseed the yard after you’re done.
