We offer storage racks that you can purchase to further simplify the rolling out and rolling up of the sheets of vinyl. The rolling racks include hand cranks to speed up the process of rolling up the covers, or you can purchase a power winder for even more speed.
For a facility with more than one gymnasium or that must keep the covers in a storage closet, these racks are perfect for moving the coverings wherever you need them.
Which Vinyl Gym Floor Cover To Choose?
The higher the weight rating (ounces) of the vinyl, the more uses the vinyl will hold up to. We recommend deciding how many times per year you will need to use the cover. The 18-ounce vinyl cover is recommended for 6 times per year or less while the 32-ounce cover is the best for 24 times or more per year.
Disclaimer
The 10 ft wide material is seamed together from two 5 ft wide strips for colors other than tan, royal blue, and dark gray.
This product is heavy and may require multiple people to unload. For example, one roll that is 10x100 feet weighs 188 pounds.
Storage Racks
Two types of storage racks are available in various storage capacities: the standard Safety Storage Rack and the Premium Safety Storage Rack. Both provide a quick and easy way to install and store the vinyl rolls. The Premium Storage Rack features more wheels that distribute the weight load and safety leg extenders to reduce the possibility of the rack tipping over.
Due to the weight of the vinyl rolls, we strongly recommend using a storage rack to deploy and stow the vinyl cover.
