At 3/8 inches in thickness, they provide a bit more durability than 1/4 inch interlocking floor tiles, especially when used around exercise equipment that has quite a bit of weight.

This is a commercial-quality flooring product, yet it’s made as interlocking rubber flooring for residential customers.

Slip-Resistant 3/8 Gym Floor Tiles

When you want to create a safe place to practice and train, count on our interlocking rubber floor tiles. This material provides slip resistance, so you can perform aerobics workouts without concern.

Even with its high level of density, it can create a slightly cushioned surface for workouts over a hard subfloor.

Because of the manufacturing methods used with this rubber product, it tends to carry a lower odor than some other rubber tiles. This rubber flooring option is an eco-friendly choice being composed of 90% recycled rubber material.

Supports Weightlifters

If you plan to lift weights inside your home gym, these tiles can handle smaller dumbbells and kettlebells while protecting the subflooring. They also deliver a higher level of durability than foam floor tiles if you are lifting weights in your home gym.

If you plan to use large barbells, or if you will be dropping the weights on the rubber floor, you may want to add a rubber mat over the top in the weightlifting area to provide a bit more protection.

This rubber tile is available in center, border and corner tiles.

Rubber tiles will expand and contract slightly, depending on whether the tiles receive exposure to varying temperatures, sunlight or humidity. Because of the changes in size of the tiles when exposed to sunlight, it's not recommended to install these tiles outdoors.

Maintenance

Sweep, dust mop or vacuum. Damp mop with microfiber mop or an auto scrubber with a soft nylon brush. Use Diversey Profi Floor Cleaner and Grease Remover detergent and dilute with water. Vacuum up rinse water. Allow to dry before foot traffic.
