My son ordered a mat with which to practice his Parkour. Somehow, in the ordering process, it was not clear to us options available with regard to the firmness of the foam. It turns out we were looking for something softer and now have a beautiful mat we need to try to sell. Regardless, Pam of the service department was very nice.
