The Safety Pilaster Wrap 38 to 64 Inch Inside Dimension 6 Ft. features 2-inch-thick polyethylene. The Safety Pilaster Wrap 38 to 64 Inch Inside Dimension features 2-inch-thick polyethylene foam, which meets ASTM 2440 standards. The 18.5-oz Class A vinyl, coated with PVC, ensures durability and longevity. Choose from various colors to match your team or brand.
This product is custom-made to fit individual project needs, square, rectangular, or even circular, this solution is made to order based on your size specifications.
The pads are made of polyethylene foam, which will do well outdoors, because it is a closed-cell foam and will not absorb moisture, but it does have a grow-shrink factor. When the pads are made the foam will be made to fit the vinyl cover but a dramatic shift into cooler temperature can cause the foam to lose some dimensional size, and the cover could look loose. Typically, it will regain itself once it warms back up, but sometimes it may not fully return to its original state. Please contact us for alternative foam options.
