Cut lengths for rolled rubber products are provided as a courtesy at no additional cost to customers. In some cases, the manufacturer may provide a cut length within two pieces of material. In all cases, the manufacturer is required to supply the overall amount of material per order.
Any black recycled rubber material can have minor variations in the intensity of the black color. The rubber flooring can have a shading look when the product changes direction when placed on the floor. This occurs due to the way light is reflected and how the human eye sees the color. Installing the product in the same direction can diminish the appearance of color differences.
The warranty excludes premature wear caused by ice skates in heavy-use areas such as penalty boxes, walkways to and from the ice, etc. We recommend using blade protectors when walking on this flooring with ice skates.
Maintenance
Always use neutral pH cleaner on rubber flooring. Damp mop with hot water.

From the beginning I had great communication from the sales rep Eric. At first I was only inquiring about the products available and he seemed knowledgeable and helpful. Eric gave me a direct email and phone number and more importantly he responded to my questions timely. The process was friendly and easy.
When my order arrived I discovered 6 rolls of my order were short by 5 feet 30 feet in total. I first discovered 1 roll and called Eric and he informed me that I will have to unroll all of the rolls of rubber to find out how many rolls were short. This makes sense but all the short rolls need to be in a single picture to make my claim. Although I understand that this is probably the only way Great Mats has to prove and document the situation this was a lot of extra work as I am starting a small business and doing the work myself. In the end after over a week with no reply to my claim I contacted Eric and the lady that was handling my claim and she said I was “just” approved for a refund of the 30 feet. I get Great Mats is a business and can not just give out free money but for one person to unroll every roll in my order in my space that the only way I could was half down a hallway on top of each other and then roll them back up this was a lot of extra work. For better or worse after reworking how I can finish my floors with the rolls of rubber I had I did get it done and it does look good. Overall I am pleased with Great Mats and the service provided.

We bought these rubber mat rolls for the basement work out room I built recently. Greatmats was very responsive with my questions at the beginning of my order, that was very helpful, so ''GreatOrders.'' This particular style was drop shipped from the manufacture so time-wise that wasn't ''great,'' but that's out of Greatmats' control so no biggie, but from order to actual delivery was like 2 months, so be prepared for that possibility. so we're at ''NotGreatShipping.'' So the roll gets here, and it's a little over 350lbs and on a skid. (I ordered 180 SF and it came as 1 45' x 4' roll) so ''NotGreatHandling'' When you buy the not cheap lift-gate service they tell you they won't bring it onto your property, BUT the freight company (Saia Freight) pulled them into my garage for me, which was great since I don't have a forklift laying around. so ''GreatFreight!'' Once it was in my garage, my 15 yr old son and I were able to get it off the skid and down the bulkhead stairs slowly and carefully with some thinking and a dolly. ''GreatSon!'' We installed it in a 12 x 13 room so there were 3 rows of the mat side by side... we had a plan of rolling it out across the room to the other wall, and then pulling it up the wall at the running end a few inches longer than the distance the the spot we cut from the opposing wall (since you can't really cut right up to the far wall with the giant roll in the way. then just slid the cut piece back into position and trimmed off the excess at the wall/floor joint. Worked great, but at the ends of one lane at the joint between the rows of mat actually pull away from each other which I didn't think was really possible with this material. A little fanagaling and creative cutting for the width of the last row and those tightened up. And the trim board will cover the gaps at the wall for a clean finished look. This mat is a very heavy duty mat and will not just slip around even at 8mm. it was also surprisingly easy to cut. So overall, ''GreatMats!''
