With a coverage size of about 20 by 20 inches, our square warehouse flooring tiles deliver a great mixture of coverage size and lightweight materials.

You will be able to complete the layout faster with 20x20-inch tiles than with a smaller size of tile, yet the weight of 3.4 pounds per tile makes them extremely easy to carry and handle during the installation.

At only 4.5 mm in thickness, these tiles are only a little thicker than 1/6 inch. Despite this extremely thin design, these tiles can stand up to a wide range of use cases, including supporting the weight of passenger cars.

If you need to support the weight of large trucks, aircraft, or military vehicles, we would suggest a thicker SupraTile tile.

PVC, or polyvinyl chloride, is a durable and flexible type of plastic that provides a little bit of cushioning and warmth underfoot.

PVC is resistant to the majority of liquids, including water, gasoline, oil, chemicals, and other spilled items.

PVC does not show a mark or damage from falling objects, as it also has impact resistance.

Even at 1/6 inches in thickness, PVC is significantly thicker than what customers find when applying an epoxy flooring coating to a garage floor. Beyond its thickness advantage, PVC warehouse flooring for sale delivers many of the same benefits as epoxy at a lower price per square foot of coverage.

PVC will help to absorb sound and noise when compared to concrete.

These warehouse flooring squares offer a raised coin top pattern that’s molded into the PVC material. This pattern provides slip resistance when walking across the flooring in damp conditions.

Installation

The interlocking, T-shaped puzzle-style edge on these tiles greatly simplifies installation. Just line up the tabs and slots on a pair of tiles, and pop them together. You do not need to glue these edges, as they will fit tightly enough to hold the layout in place.

Customers often can do the installation themselves, rather than having to hire a professional flooring company, which enhances the value of this product.

Because of the flexibility of these tiles, customers can place them over the top of an uneven concrete subfloor. Even if the floor has slight dips or cracks in it, the tiles will conform to the imperfections without suffering any weaknesses.

These can also be cut to fit with a sharp utility knife and a straight edge.

Cleaning and Maintenance Requirements

When it's time to clean these tiles, you can sweep them with a push broom, or you can run a leaf blower over the top. Removing dry debris is important to prevent the formation of noticeable soils or grime.

To clean the flooring more thoroughly, use a mop with a cleaning solution that consists of a common household floor cleaner and warm water.
