Bolt on Outdoor Field Wall Padding for Chain Link Fences with Graphics 7 ft high x 4 ft wide provides customized safety and quality for athletes playing outdoor sports like football, softball, and baseball.

Even though each of these field wall pads weighs 71.75 pounds, most stadium management crews can perform the installation themselves. Installation instructions are provided to ensure the pads are mounted correctly.

When installing the outdoor sports graphic wall pad on a chain link fence, such as you might find around a baseball or softball diamond, you can use bolt and plate attachment brackets to mount the pieces of softball outfield fence padding.

If you're performing the installation of these field wall pads at an older stadium, such as might be used for football or soccer, you may encounter cement or wooden fences that need padding to give athletes a measure of safety. You can use our Outdoor Field Wall Padding Z-Clip products to attach the 7x4 outdoor arena wall padding to this style of wall.

High Quality Materials

With UV protection and moisture protection built into the softball outfield fence padding, you'll receive a high level of longevity in this product. The woven fence pad will maintain its quality and includes a five (5) year limited fade warranty.

The outer layer in the 7x4 chain link fence logo wall pad product is an 18-ounce high UV resistant extruded vinyl. It is securely fastened to a 5/8 inch thick engineered moisture resistant sheathing panel made from plywood. This plywood layer gives the field wall pads a level of rigidity and support that is needed to ensure the 7x4 outdoor arena wall padding doesn't sag over time.

Additionally, we paint any exposed areas of the plywood layer to match the color on the vinyl, ensuring a finished look.

The middle layer is a 3-inch thick high impact polyurethane foam that gives the outdoor sports graphic wall pad its cushioning properties.

Product components:

Backing: 5/8 inch APA BC exterior grade plywood, primed on edges and backside. Exposed plywood surface is painted to match vinyl color.

Vinyl covering:
- 18 oz per sq. yard laminated vinyl, unbalanced coating
- Fabric: 1000 Denier polyester basic fabric
- Tear strength test: warp 85 lbs., fill 83 lbs.
- Tensile strength: warp 221 lbs., fill 216 lbs.
- Weft insertion: 9 x 9
- Superior UV inhibitors
- Cold crack: minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit
- Class A flame retardant
- Vinyl cover is wrapped around the backside of the plywood and stapled every 3 inches with stainless steel staples.
- Each pad has 3 weep holes to evacuate moisture

Filler Foam: 3 inch high impact foam. Filler foam is glued to plywood backing

Adhesive: Synthetic resin rubber base adhesive, high flexibility factor, water resistant, heat & cold resistant, high bonding factor

Attachment: Attached by a minimum of 6 1/4 x 1-1/2 inch stainless steel bolts screwed into 1/4 inch threaded stainless steel washer inserts with 1/8 x 3 inch round backing plates
