Safety Fire Rated Series Wall Pad 2 Inch x 2x6 Ft. Lip TB indoor wall padding panels are designed for direct wall attachment with lip at the top and bottom. This panel type is a wood-backed pad with 2-inch polychloroprene foam compliant with ASTM E-84 Class A and NFPA 286 laminated to the face using a two-part adhesion process. This combination of foam and wood is wrapped with 18 oz Class A PVC Vinyl and securely stapled onto the wood backer board. The protective wall padding has been tested in accordance with CDPH 01350 v1.2 VOC emissions evaluation requirements and qualifies for the LEEDv4.1 EQ credit: Low-emitting materials.

The Backer board is an oriented strand board (OSB), Third-party certified to the Sustainable Forest procurement standard. It does not contain any added urea-formaldehyde resins and can contribute to LEED points.

The 18 oz vinyl covering is a coated smooth matte vinyl. It has been treated with BACshield, making it anti-mildew, anti-fungal, antimicrobial, antibacterial treated, and UV-treated. Passes NFPA-701, CSFM-19, and ASTM E-84 Class A fire retardant compliant
Installation
This cushion wall pad has a 1-inch Nail Margin on top and bottom along the width edge and is attached directly to the wall using the appropriate hardware for the wall type. Refer to ASTM standards for height above the finished floor, with a 4-inch AFF from the bottom of the panel.
Maintenance
Panels can be wiped clean with a low PH cleaner, wipe dry.
