Safety Fire Rated Series indoor wall padding panels are designed for temporary attachment using a Z Clip. This panel type is a wood-backed pad with 2-inch polychloroprene foam compliant with ASTM E-84 Class A and NFPA 286 laminated to the face using a two-part adhesion process. This combination of foam and wood is wrapped with 18 oz Class A PVC Vinyl and securely stapled onto the wood backer board. The protective wall padding has been tested in accordance with CDPH 01350 v1.2 VOC emissions evaluation requirements and qualifies for the LEEDv4.1 EQ credit: Low-emitting materials.

The Backer board is an oriented strand board (OSB), Third-party certified to the Sustainable Forest procurement standard. It does not contain any added urea-formaldehyde resins and can contribute to LEED points.

Temporary Installation
These wall pads are hung using the Z Clip attachment along the top and bottom, where the pad can be attached to the wall. This is the ideal choice for temporary installation when safety pads need to be removed.
Maintenance
Panels can be wiped clean with a low PH cleaner, wipe dry.
