This stadium padding comes with a Z-Clip attachment that makes installing the pads for your outfield wall padding easy. The clips can be attached to the back of the outdoor wall pads by screwing them into the plywood backing of each panel, and the other side of the clip is screwed into the wall. The advantages are that it conceals the mounting hardware behind the wall pads, and it also eliminates the chance of the hardware causing a safety hazard. The Greatmats Z-Clip wall mat includes all the required hardware.
The exposed wood backer board has also been seal-coated with a tinted exterior wood primer. The vinyl is treated with UV additives for UV protection and with BACshield, making it highly resistant to mildew and fungus.
Safety Pro Outdoor Stadium Pad 3 Inch x 4x6 Ft. Z Clip Attachment is made with exterior grade wooden strand board and 3 inch thick polyurethane foam laminated together using a two-part bonding process. The foam and wood material are then wrapped with 19-ounce vinyl on the front and sides and secured with galvanized steel staples to the wood back, for a total thickness of 3-23/32 inch.

Test and Material Data:
3 inch polyurethane foam meets standards for ASTM 2440. The test method quantifies impact in terms of g-max and Head Injury Criterion (HIC) scores.
Compliant with California Fire Safety Law TB 117.
19 oz. waterproof coated vinyl smooth matte surface.
BACshield: highly resistant to mildew and fungus, including UV additives for exceptional resistance to UV rays.
Passes CSFM FR test, ASTM E84 (Class A) & NFPA-701 FR tests.
Maintenance
Wipe clean with a neutral PH cleaner. Clean with hot water using a sponge. Do not soak in water.
