Aquatic Pool Deck Tiles
Re-imagine water safety with this multi-directional slip-resistant tile. Having a safe environment doesn’t mean having a boring one. This textured and soft pool deck tile is designed to give a safer play area by both increasing slip resistance and impact attenuation. AquaTile is available in a variety of colors, which you can mix or match.
AquaTile features three coordinating color collections:

Use these tiles for various installations to accommodate projects of any size, including indoor or outdoor pool decks, water parks, splash pads, and health clubs. The AquaTile Aquatic Flooring 3/8 Inch x 2x2 Ft. product exceeds all safety inspections as defined by industry standards. The primary feature of this product is to provide a surface with as much or more friction as brushed concrete, as well as a reduction in the force of impact, specifically in the event of a fall.
Slip Resistant - Fall Protection Pool Area Flooring
AquaTiles have a multi-directional texture specifically engineered to reduce the risk of slips and falls. The added cushioning properties absorb the impact of inevitable falls, improving the interactive play experience. AquaTiles impact attenuation has been independently certified and exceeds industry standards, rated for a one-foot fall height.
UV Stabilized for Outdoor Use
AquaTiles products will retain their slip resistance over time, along with cushioning and color integrity, even after years of exposure to intense UV rays.
Chemical Resistant – Easy to Clean Aquatic Flooring
Aqua Tile is engineered to withstand exposure to chemical shock periods without compromising slip resistance, cushioning, or color integrity. This same technology allows for easy cleanability.
Installation of AquaTiles
Glue-down installation is required. Recommended adhesives are Powerhold 500 or Parabond M-250. Review instructions for the chosen adhesive.
Prepare substrate by grinding concrete to increase the bondable surface area for the adhesive to grip onto. Patch any damaged areas, cracks, or expansion joints. Remove dust from substrate and ensure that the substrate is completely dry.
Determine the best grid orientation and layout for your parallel and stagger directions. Parallel rows should be perpendicular to primary entrances or longest sight lines. Mark parallel grid lines every 2 feet with a chalk line. The 12-inch off-set stagger can be established with the first tile being placed at the 12-inch off-set position.
Use brushes or rollers to apply adhesive to the substrate and the back of the tiles with a consistent pattern. Ensure there is 100% coverage of the adhesive. Tiles should be rolled within 30 minutes of being installed to maximize the bond of the adhesive and remove air pockets.

Maintenance
Product can be damp mopped with common household floor cleaners. Avoid bleach.
