It will withstand heavy objects and it is tough enough to drive a car on. This car mat for garages is dent and tear-resistant, nor will it peel, crack, or curl under the heaviest use. Fire trucks parked on G‑Floor and it didn't dent. We recommend that G-Floor be glued down if heavy objects are permanently installed, like cabinets or shelving.

Made of waterproof vinyl flooring that resists mold and mildew, two main reasons flooring deteriorates. Mold can sprout and spread on almost any surface when moisture is left between two layers. Remove the mat and allow the mat and floor to dry before putting it back in place. The mat itself will not promote mold growth. Before installing any floor covering, moisture coming from below or through the concrete subfloor should be addressed. It is recommended that the mat be installed on a smooth, clean and dry substrate.

However, if moisture exists in the concrete subfloor or underneath installed flooring, it will not be able to evaporate when trapped under the flooring. Moisture can migrate under the flooring from around the edges when not fully glued down.

This diamond vinyl flooring does not control moisture or debris from getting around the edges or underneath the flooring. Installation options would be to have the concrete floor sealed or remove the mat routinely so the area underneath the mat and the mat can dry, particularly in areas with high humidity.

Our roll-out vinyl diamond tread mat features a unique rugged texture, with a standard-sized diamond design that is 1.125 inches in length and 0.625 inches apart, and a 0.055 inch relief. The diagonal alternating pattern of the diamond design adds a touch of uniqueness to your space.

G-Floor is engineered differently to outlast and outperform other vinyl flooring products on the market now.

Once rolled out, our product will lay flat, a process that may take 72 hours or more, depending on temperature. The rolls may expand and contract depending on temperature, but with our clear instructions, you can easily ensure a one-inch space from the wall to the flooring, making installation a breeze. Using a sharp utility knife, G-Floor mats can easily be trimmed around posts or other objects.

G-Floor Lite Diamond Tread Garage Floor Roll 7.6x14 Ft. can be installed with or without adhesive. For glue down applications, select G-Floor Birdsong Contact Adhesive 5 Gallon or G-Floor Taylor Resolute Multi-Use Adhesive 2 Gallon.
