Our Rubber Flooring Rolls Geneva 1/4 Inch 10% Color Per SF is a resilient rubber flooring, high quality option for home and professional gym floors. 10% color fleck in a black base of rubber material.
This 1/4 inch 10% color fleck resilient rubber flooring roll is purchased by the square foot, in any roll length from 25 to 100 feet long. One linear foot of this rubber flooring roll is equal to 4 square feet. The rolls are 4 ft wide. Please indicate your roll lengths needed in the notes portion of the order at checkout.

This 1/4 inch thick rubber flooring is best used in spinning rooms, cardio areas, and light-duty commercial areas. For commercial gyms with heavy equipment, it is recommended to use 8mm or thicker rubber flooring.
This flooring is black with 10 percent color fleck and is a durable material as well. You receive a 5-year limited manufacturer warranty with our gym flooring.
Custom Length 1/4 Inch Rubber Flooring
Our 1/4 rubber roll has a thin design versus other rubber gym flooring, which makes it a lighter option and simplifies installing it.
Our 1/4-inch rubber mat goes directly over any hard floor, providing protection for the subfloor from dropped items or from exercise machines. Even with a thin design, it maintains its resilience and toughness.
Customers can order a specific length of the 4-foot wide roll, ranging from 25 feet to 100 feet in length. This helps to cut down on waste and keeps the cost reasonable.
Slip-Resistant Texture
At a fitness center, our color-fleck rubber flooring creates a slip-resistant surface. Athletes can make quick movements and can gain the leverage they need on this floor, helping them gain the most benefit from their workouts.
Even if the rubber surface becomes wet, it maintains its texture to prevent the threat of slips.
The texture also keeps your exercise machines from sliding around when you are placing a lot of force on them in a hardcore workout session.
Eco-Friendly Recycled Rubber Flooring
Our rolls are a nice choice for those who want an eco-friendly style of flooring. The 10% color fleck-colored rolls contain 85% post-consumer recycled material, helping to keep these materials out of landfills.
The rolls may contribute to LEED points in a green building design as well.
1/4 inch material is recommended to be glued for installations over 500 SF.

In some cases, the manufacturer may provide a cut length within two pieces of material. In other cases, the manufacturer may send material that is over or under the specified footage. In all cases, the manufacturer is required to supply the overall amount of material per order. It is common for rolled rubber jobs to have butt seams or cut end seams within one roll or run.
Rolls are ordered by the square foot.
Disclaimer
Any black recycled rubber material can have minor variations in the intensity of the black color. The rubber flooring can have a shading look when the product changes direction when placed on the floor. This occurs due to the way light is reflected and how the human eye sees the color. Installing the product in the same direction can diminish the appearance of color differences.
Maintenance
Always use neutral Ph cleaner on rubber flooring. Damp mop with hot water.

Q: If I install this in a workshop area in front of an employee's work desk, will their chair rollers roll on this product?
A: Yes, this material is hard enough to handle the weight of chairs with rollers.
Q: Would this product be able to be used outside?
A: The rolled rubber is made for indoor use.
Q: Is this product at 1/4 inch thickness good on a garage floor in order to prevent moisture from rising underneath a stored vehicle during the winter months?
A: We do not recommend parking vehicles on rubber, as automotive fluids can damage the rubber.
Q: How do you cut the material?
A: A sharp utility knife with a new blade works best. For straight cuts, it's always best to use a metal straight edge guide. This blog on how to cut rubber mats and tiles can help.
Q: Is this product waterproof, or will it absorb liquid over time?
A: Rubber flooring rolls can absorb water over time as they are somewhat porous. Any spills should be wiped up as soon as possible.

We researched online many different flooring options for our private TRX studio and we are so pleased that we selected Greatmats' rolled rubber flooring. We needed a multipurpose solution for a space that serves as both reception/meeting and also as overflow space for larger classes. With a good subfloor and no use of weights, we did not need a super thick flooring material so we decided to try the 1/4 inch. It arrived with zero damage and although it took three people to carry each roll into the studio (even the 1/4 inch product is VERY heavy). With lots of angled walls and obstructions in the space we had to take our time and cut/trim very carefully (rubber is an unforgiving product obviously if you cut too much). However being a plyable product it was surprisingly easy to work with and a nice change from wood or tile. We were so taken with how easy it was to work with that I decided to tackle the stairs with it! I used some spare material to finish the wood treads and risers of the interior stairs that lead to the studio. We are very pleased with the final overall look (we chose the rolled rubber version with 10% yellow specs to match the yellow accents of the room) and we would highly recommend it!
