Rubber Tile Interlocks with Borders 10% Color CrossTrain 8mm x 25x25 Inches Pacific is an excellent choice for home gyms and small areas when easy-to-install flooring is needed and you want a pop of color. Each rubber interlocking tile comes with two border strips to create finished edges for installations that are not wall-to-wall.
8 mm thick rubber tiles are an economical option for home gyms where thick, heavy-duty flooring isn't needed such as in a weightlifting area. This flooring is appropriate for home exercise rooms and home gyms with standard exercise equipment.
Each tile weighs only 8.25 pounds each making these easy to carry down to a basement gym or upstairs to another floor. Whereas rubber flooring rolls can be bulky, heavy, and require multiple people to carry, rubber tiles are easy for one person to install.
Benefits of Home Gym and Exercise Room Flooring
Rubber flooring is a very durable material compared to foam flooring for home gyms. Rubber tiles do not indent under the weight of exercise equipment.
Rubber provides some ergonomic relief versus hard flooring but is not soft. Interlocking rubber tiles provide traction while exercising to help prevent slips and falls.

Enjoy an Easy Installation of Interlocking Rubber Tiles with Borders
To install these rubber tiles, just line up the edges of the interlocking puzzle tiles and push them together. You can use a rubber mallet to quicken the process. Each tile has two border pieces that can be removed for the tiles in the center of the installation. Use the borders to create finished edges for island installations.
If you plan to install rubber tiles wall-to-wall and will need to cut the tiles to fit the room, consider purchasing rubber tiles without borders as this will reduce the excess material.

Clean with a damp mop and let dry. Always use a neutral pH cleaner on rubber flooring.
