Lonwoven Topseal Vinyl Roll
Designed with an ageless yet stylish aesthetic in mind, it combines the characteristics of woven linen with the strength and ease of sheet vinyl. This methodically fabrated flooring pattern replicates the look and feel of woven linen fabric, infusing any space with sophistication. The slightest contrast of color and texture creates a visually engaging atmosphere. Also has topseal urethane finish that reduces scuffing, simplifies maintenance, and extends lifespan.
Lonwoven Topseal vinyl can be used in high traffic areas like offices, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals. Comes in a variety of colors, shades of brown, gray, and blue, for options to mix and match this flooring.
Topseal Wear Layer
Topseal wear layer for resilient flooring that delivers durability, stain, and scratch resistance, helping the flooring last longer. Topseal is a urethane finish, no wax is needed. This is a factory-applied finish, no need for any additional finish after installation and no need to reapply any finish for the life of the floor.
Installation of LonWoven Commercial Vinyl Flooring
When installing the vinyl flooring, a glue-down installation is necessary. Seams need to be chemical or heat-welded. A flooring contractor should install this product.
